The Fascial Lines Anatomy Poster by SandySpines was inspired by a yoga teacher’s fascial rolling class and the interconnected nature of the human body. Based on the concepts from Anatomy Trains, this chart illustrates how fascia links different regions of the body, helping explain why pain in one area often relates to dysfunction in another—for example, how back pain may be connected to calf tension.
This poster features nine fascial lines, including the superficial front line, deep front line, lateral line, spiral line, deep back arm line, superficial back arm line, superficial front arm line, deep front arm line, and superficial back line. With clear visuals and labeling, it serves as both an educational aid and a modern décor piece.

Orders are packaged based on the product being shipped. 11x14" and smaller are shipped in flat boxes. Larger prints are shipped via extremely protective tubes.
