Ordering and delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 5-8 business days for USA orders. You'll receive tracking info once it's on the way. Stickers are currently shipped seperate to the artwork.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers to avoid damage to posters depending on the order! 8x10" to 11x14" are shipped flat and 16x20" and larger are shipped in TUBES, rolled.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and location of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, depending on the country. International shipping can be tricky, but I do my best to provide for as many countries as I can. Unfortunately, Saudi Arabia has been denying my shipments so I no longer ship there.

Shipping takes 3-6 weeks depending on your country's customs. International shipping is a flat rate of $20 USD. Customers are responsible for all taxes and import fees when the parcel/package arrives in customs.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived in the time scale of 3-6 weeks.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@yourstorename.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, at SandySpines@gmail.com. We may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it - and you are responsible for postage. 

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it UNLESS it is within 24 hours of the order. If you need to change addresses or email addresses, please contact sandyspines@gmail.com

 

 

Returns

My order has arrived but it's damaged. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email sandyspines@gmail.com with the details. I respond within 24-48 hours.

Please send pictures and your order number. I will send out a new package as soon as possible. It does happen that the parcels can get damaged in transit!

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. Returns are case by case basis so please reach out if you are unsatisfied. 

If it is agreed upon by SandySpines and the buyer to start the return, returns must be in original packaging, and undamaged. Refunds are processed when the item has been returned to SandySpines.

Note: please measure your space appropriately before buying. 

Digital Downloads

Do you sell digital downloads of your posters?

We currently do not offer digital downloads for commercial use or for personal printing. Some personal-use printables may be available seasonally and are available under Digital Downloads. No exceptions.

I understand shipping and taxes can be expensive but I will not sell digital versions of my posters that I spend weeks and months on. One of the main reasons is that my art has been stolen by random “sellers” on Amazon previously and “stores” made by popular doctor meme accounts.

Logos/Use of Art

Can I use your art in my logos/t-shirt/business?

All artwork is copyright protected and may not be used for branding or commercial purposes without written permission. Reproducing my art on other items (shirts, mugs, etc.) is not permitted.

Framing

Is the art framed?

None of our art is shipped framed or with frames. Please note this is also not a reason to receive a refund as it is noted. I get most of my frames from Opposite Wall.

Custom Art

Do you take custom orders?

No, I do not do custom art at this time. I currently only sell my prints and am not taking custom art orders. 

I take a few select mural projects in a year. If you need a custom size, please email me and I'll see if we can make that happen, sandyspines@gmail.com 

Giftcards

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life.
